That's why our caregiver training is delivered through personalized learning modules designed specifically for your family. Training combines education, live coaching, demonstrations, guided practice, and ongoing feedback to help caregivers confidently apply strategies where they matter most—at home and in everyday life.

Creating a Reward System

Learn how to develop an individualized reinforcement system that motivates your child and encourages meaningful learning. This module covers identifying effective reinforcers, using praise, building token economies, creating reward menus, and fading reinforcement as skills become more independent.

Identifying the Causes and Triggers of Behavior

Gain a deeper understanding of why behaviors occur. Caregivers learn how to identify the function of behavior, recognize environmental triggers, collect simple behavior data, and make proactive changes that prevent challenging situations before they happen.

Reducing Challenging Behaviors

Discover practical strategies for preventing and responding to challenging behavior in a calm, consistent, and effective manner. Topics include antecedent strategies, environmental arrangement, reinforcement, extinction when appropriate, de-escalation techniques, and promoting long-term success through positive behavior support.

Teaching Replacement Behaviors

Children are most successful when they have effective ways to communicate their wants, needs, and emotions. This module teaches caregivers how to develop functional communication, emotional regulation, waiting, coping, flexibility, problem-solving, and other replacement skills that reduce frustration while increasing independence.
