Renewed Pathways Caregiver Training Program The Caregiver Training Program is designed to empower parents and caregivers with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools to support their child’s growth through the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Drawing from evidence-based models such as the RUBI Parent Training Program and Flexible and Focused: Teaching Executive Function Skills, this structured training helps families build meaningful routines and lasting behavioral change. Through guided lessons, modeling, and coaching, caregivers learn how to: Identify the function of challenging behaviors. Use positive reinforcement and teaching strategies to strengthen adaptive behaviors. Respond effectively to tantrums, noncompliance, and emotional outbursts using consistent and calm approaches.
